The best place to read my most recent pieces is on my newsletter: Brave Enough to Try

My vision is to help you feel comfortable with travel - to allow your curiosity to take you somewhere new, to experience something different, to see new perspectives and how other people live.

When you allow yourself to ignite your curiosity, you can actually enjoy your trip. I help you feel comfortable enough to lean into that curiosity without the other worries that often bog down travel. You won’t take a vacation as an escape from life - instead, you’ll take a trip as an experiment in living.

We are a global community and you’re a part of it, too. My role is to help you experience it all, in an Anthony Bourdain meets Samantha Brown kind of way: safely, with a sense of adventure and humor, doing things out of the ordinary that put you directly in touch with the loving, kind, giving people I’ve met across the globe.

Why we travel

Hey traveler!

Your next getaway.

  • Cut through the slog of research
  • Plan the details of what you really want to do, see, and eat
  • Create a safe, adventurous, and curated trip just for you
  • Trip/Travel Options based on your needs, wants, non-negotiables, and deal-breakers (helloooo air conditioning)
  • Creating gorgeous lookbooks for hotels (you can feel that velvet, really)
  • DIY itineraries if you know where you want to go (and you’re ready to go!)

Here’s how I help plan your next trip,
all based on my travel consultant certification—and more importantly—my personal lived experience of what works, what doesn’t, what’s fun and delicious, and what isn’t:

It doesn’t matter if it’s the trip of a lifetime or your next family vacation, I’m sure you have some wild and feral ideas rolling around in your head that you’re afraid to tell your family—safe space here!

Wild is encouraged, I’m a wild cat lady, too😻

You deserve more than your parents’ same-old travel agent, and this isn’t a TripAdvisor or Lonely Planet kind of planning, either. Every location I book are places I’ve physically been to, spent money in, and ate to my little heart’s desires. And if I haven't traveled there (yet!) I have the resources to make the most out of your trip.

When you work with me, you get:

  • The reality of your location: how locals live, eat, and spend their time
  • An expert of HOW to travel and how to LEARN about the region
  • Peace of mind that you’re not stepping off a bus into a strange land in an unsafe area
  • Insider knowledge of HOW things work (yes, hotels, flights, etc., and also buses and queues and restaurants)
  • Less cookie-cutter, more Bourdain
  • To experience something different - the real, authentic experience

More than a travel agent.

Trip to Japan

The hotels she selected for Kyoto and Tokyo were spot-on. Both had ideal locations, the amenities we cared about, and thoughtful extras like resort credits and free breakfast. For each place we visited, she provided a guide with recommendations, maps, and app instructions for everything from train tickets to local restaurants. Every detail was handled, and we could just show up and enjoy. That was priceless during such a busy season in my work life.

Caroline is thoughtful, thorough, incredibly resourceful, and an absolute joy to work with. I can’t imagine planning travel without her again.

I’ve been telling all my friends the same thing: do not sleep on booking with Caroline.

Trip to argentina

This was my first time working with a travel consultant to book hotels, and I’m officially converted. Both properties Caroline booked were beautiful, and the best part was that she got us free breakfast at both. Not just any breakfast—these were generous, delicious spreads with so many options.

I had never been to Argentina before, and I honestly had no idea what to expect from this trip. I didn’t plan a single thing. I just showed up. And somehow, every part of the experience was amazing.

Caroline took care of everything.

I was just able to be present and enjoy myself, which is exactly what I wanted out of this trip.

Trip to Portland, Maine

My family and I were finishing up our summer trip to New England and Caroline somehow secured a complimentary room upgrade for us on our last leg. It was a welcome surprise after a busy trip!

I just told Caroline the days we were looking at being in Portland and the preferences we had, and she took it from there. She presented several good options and secured the bookings once we decided.

I'm so glad I have Caroline as an option when I'm travel planning!

Hotel Bookings

Googling “hotels in Sydney” and clicking at random? That’s not a strategy—it’s a rabbit hole to nowhere. In my experience, most travelers either stick to brand loyalty or roll the dice on travel sites, but when they do, they miss out on perks, sales, and the good stuff! I curate hotel options based on your trip (think intake forms deeper than an Expedia filter) and unlock sales and extra perks you won’t find online. Fill out the form below and I’ll get back to you with a gorgeous lookbook that makes sense.  Please note: House and villa rentals are part of this package as well!

What you get:
  • A personalized list of 3-5 hotel or home rental options per destination. Curious what that looks like? See an actual client Hotel Lookbook here. (names and dates changed for privacy)
  • Extra perks like unpublished sales, upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, free breakfast and hotel credits when available
  • Securing and booking your room for you
  • Notification if hotel prices drop and we can rebook
  • Confirmation of perks with hotels one week prior to arrival

Free for bookings over $5,000
$200 fee otherwise
Planning fee invoiced separately.
This package does not include support during travel.

Hotel Price Check

Do you have a hotel (or a few) that you're already looking at? Booking a hotel on your own can feel like a gamble. Paid rankings, sketchy reviews, surprise renovations, and nonrefundable rates that drop the next day. Let me dig in, find lower prices, and snag extra perks so you don’t get played. Been there, done that: global traveler style! Just email me with your dates, what price you see, and I’ll let you know if I can beat it.

What you get:
  • Price check of a stay you've booked or you're looking at
  • Securing and booking your room at a better rate and/or with more perks
Totally Free
This package does not include support during travel.
Trip Planning

Planning a honeymoon, group trip, or multigenerational adventure is overwhelming no matter how you slice it. Too many details, too many options, not enough time, and way too much late-night Googling. Most people procrastinate until the stress is sky-high, but with me, you can be hands-off: I plan everything except the flights (yep, door-to-door), complete with an itinerary and Loom video walkthrough of your destination so you know how to pack and prepare. I’m not a search engine and I actually care about your experience. I understand the hassle of travel and I’ve been in the jetlag-with-family trenches myself. It’s so much easier when things are pre-booked and you know where to go (especially with fussy adults and kids). Book a call at least a month out for domestic (three for international), or email me for a rush request (yes, there’s an extra fee).

What you get:
  • 60-minute Zoom planning call
  • Follow-up questions during execution
  • Booking hotel, activities, transportation to/from airports
  • Full PDF itinerary with confirmation codes and contact info
  • Digital Wanderlog Destination Guide to use throughout trip
  • Loom video walkthrough to prep and pack
  • Confirmation of perks with hotels one week prior to arrival
$500
This package includes support during travel for an additional fee.
Digital Wanderlog

Endless screenshots, messy Pinterest boards, random Google Maps pins? Planning activities shouldn’t feel like detective work. A Wanderlog pulls everything into one organized guide you can drag, drop, print, or export to Google Maps (your choice). I’ve been to these places, I know the better areas, and I do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. Just book your trip and add this on for a travel guide that you actually want to use!

What you get:
  • Digital map of travel options: food, drink, sights, and more
  • Curated to fit your needs
  • Recs for day tours or foodie tours you can take (or not!)
$75
This package does not include support during travel.
Miles & Points Brainstorm

Sitting on a mountain of points but have no clue how far they’ll actually get you? Most people redeem them for gift cards, fumble internal booking systems, or freeze up trying to transfer points, all to watch them expire. In our Miles & Points Brainstorming session, I help you figure out where to go, when to go, and how to maximize your points (Delta, Hyatt, Marriott, United, and more). After we’re done, you’ll do the bookings, then get packed and ready to go! I’ve been doing this for a decade, even on a tight budget. Book your brainstorming call and I'll get all the details I need from you to make those travel dreams come true—for less! Let’s put your wild ideas, points, and rewards to work.

$250
What you get:
  • 45-minute Zoom planning call
  • Follow-up questions during post-call research
  • PDF strategy report of the who, what, where, when, and why for you to start earning more points or begin booking at your own pace
  • Upgrade to Trip Planning and I'll credit you what you paid for this sesh
Disclaimer: This is not financial advice. Duh.
Travel Menu Sides

Yes, you could do this yourself, but it’s not as much fun when you end up being the point person for every single thing. Consider these options to add on to a current package or simply purchase alone.
